My Oatmeal Breakfast

In general, I’m always trying to eat foods that contain the following properties:

Anti-cancer
Immune system boosting
Cholesterol improving
In general, I’m always trying to minimize/avoid/eliminate foods that contain or create:
Oxidative stress (free-radicals)
Carcinogens (cancer risks)
Immune system stressors/suppressors
Pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, preservations & other factory-made ingredients (food additives)
Higher risk factors for developing family-related diseases
Mental Stress
