  1. Eat Healthy Plant-Forward Meals: Eat Whole Food, Plant-Based Meals, Mediterranean Diet; Do not eat Ultra-Processed Foods; Learn about the Food that you eat; Avoid, Reduce, Eliminate Saturated Fats & Cholesterol

  2. Move Your Body & Your Heart: Stay Strong: Resistance Training, Muscles, Sit On It, Aging Muscles, Cardio (Heart Rates)

  3. Doctor Visits for Treatment & Healing: Medical Mindsets; Prepare for your doctor visits (What’s Up Doc?); Healing,

Calmness: What makes your body calmer?
